We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
I am unable to offer refund on personalised items unless they arrive damaged. In such instance we will be happy to replace any damaged items upon return of the defective item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.

How It Works
We have a 7-10 day lead time on all personalised products unless otherwise stated in the product description.
This is how long it takes us to create your item and does not include postage. Postage will vary depending on where we are sending the parcel to.
What is your return policy?
If you have a problem with your order or if it arrives damaged please let me know within 7 days. I will send you a replacement once I have received the faulty item back. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.
I am happy to replace any faulty items. Simply email me with a description of the problem and photographs.
We are not responsible for replacing personalised products if the customer has sent us poor quality images or misspelled personalisation.
